Mexican Sherpa remains committed to sharing its enthusiasm for the country with others for whom Mexico may not be their first choice. In these difficult times, many third country nationals (particularly Colombians and Venezuelans) face the prospect of returning to their own country where they may face persecution for past or ongoing political actions and beliefs. For that reason, Mexican Sherpa has initiated the "Mexico Exit Project", which involves providing those same individuals with information on how to apply for visas at Mexican Consulates throughout the State of Texas and elsewhere. While not legal advice, this orientation informs those same third-country nationals about the possibility of relocating to Mexico (albeit temporarily) before deciding on how to continue their life journey abruptly interrupted in the United States.
